Renegade Annual Comfort Maintenance Agreement

$299 per system per year.

• Filter replacements (2) per year (Contractor supplied). A clean filter helps your indoor fan run cleaner and cooler which keeps you home more comfortable and helps keep your energy bill more manageable. ($12 per extra filter for standard size filters for systems with more than one filter)

• (1) Condenser Coil cleaning per year... This helps your Air conditioning system run cleaner and cooler during hot summer months.

• Two visual inspections of the outdoor equipment per year, and more intensive inspection during our spring visits.

• Inspect all Furnace components One time per year to ensure proper Furnace operation.

• Inspect ductwork for rips/tears and possible leaks

• Inspect B-vent and gas lines to avoid possible leaks.

• Inspect and clean all accessible registers.

• Test thermostat for proper operation and accurate temperature reading. We also change your AA or AAA thermostat batteries every year... Don’t say we never give you anything.

• 10% off all repairs... Any repairs needed

• 10% off New Equipment... When it’s time to retire your existing Air Conditioner or furnace.
